Overall the hotel was pretty good. One of our children has a dog allergy and prior to the stay they let us know we would be far from rooms that have dogs. Staff was great at the front desk. The service during the breakfast was average. Hotel is right next to the on ramp to get towards the city which was nice. We did not get to go to the pool but we will check it out next time.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had

This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast menu is insane. We booked through Hotels.com and apparently they gave inaccurate information about the rooms. The hotel was very professional and very helpful and helping us sort it out. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfy

The hotel is beautiful. The room was amazing, modern, and spacious. The outlets on the desk were enough for all of our devices and to get work done. Check-in and check-out were seemless. The one thing that will get us back is the cookies you get when you get your keys. This was the best part of the whole trip!

For the price, this is a great deal. The room was very clean, the staff extremely welcoming (even gave us chocolate chip cookies), and the hotel nicely organized so the room was quiet. We were in the area for an event. I don't love the suburban feel so I would not visit for a vacation but for convenience and location and clean rooms, good wifi etc., it was great for the price!

The bed and pillows were extremely un comfortable, rips in the chairs and head board. Headboard vinyl was peeling. Heater / air condition very loud didn’t work well. The mini fridge didn’t get cold. Both nights I ate at the onsite restaurant I got sick. The phone in my room did not work. There was a crack in the sink I would not stay here again.

Meh...

The check in was great as "Tameesha" (who should be promoted to hotel manager) was kind cordial and overly accomodating ! That being said the elevator was broken,we were forced to stay on the ground floor with a shower that the glass had been broken broken and a makeshift shower curtain thrown up in it's place, the refrigerator cabinet door broken,little bugs on the desk.
