First of all, it was not the correct room that I asked for/ pay for, I had to go and buy an air bed for the kids to sleep , and also the person in the room in front of us was complaining about everything that the kids did, I think that even if the kids breathe it bother him and I asked to speak with the manager about the room and the staff told me that the manager was not there, that he will be in in the morning, the next day the manager was nowhere to be found. it's sad because it's a very pretty/clean/ nice hotel but the customer service was very bad.

I never leave reviews but this Was one of my favorite ever hotels, stores near by. Food near by. And it was extremely clean mostly walkable. It was over all just very comfy!! I definitely will be going back!

The room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed has a small kitchenette. The free breakfast was good and they had a nice coffee machine that made a variety of drinks. The only reason I have a 4 star is because there was not a lot of parking in the front of the hotel. I checked in late at night and had to park on the backside. There were a few people loitering and it was not well lit. The hotel once inside was great!

We were satisfied with our stay at Element Spring Valley, staff was nice, room was clean, large and very accommodating, fully equipped. The only thing we didn’t like was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. otherwise the Hotel met all of our needs.
