Would be great except somehow the reservation I booked with expedia fir 566 dollars total, the hotel insisted on having my card on file for “room charges” even though I had no intention of charging anything. After checking out and heading home, the hotel charged my card 3 times. 266, 216, 292. Created quite a mess and shouldn’t have happened.

We loved our recent stay with my husband and 2 kids at Element Spring Valley! The hotel is lovely. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Room was big and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very accommodating. Special thanks to Bilal and Youdish! Best staff around! Definitely give this hotel a try when ever you are around Nanuet! And stop by Rockland Bakery nearby for a really cool experience, as well!

Clean, clean, clean AROMA THERAPY HEAVEN! This is a beautiful property and it smells AMAZING. The decor is modern, and full of light. My room was beautiful. Two queen beds and a pullout couch was perfect for our party of 3 adults and t3 children. The kitchenette was utilized and helped me save a lot of money. This hotel also has a daily breakfast with a a yogurt and toppings station. They also have one item that is cooked by the staff upon request among a verity of other options. Things to note: There is an outdoor gas firepit, the pool is small however, my children did not mind. The walls are thin, I could hear the TV and conversation from guests in the next room one night at bedtime (They were NOT being loud). And, there are Asian Lantern Flies All over the outside of the property entrance. Overall, we had an AMAZING experience! I highly recommend staying at ths hotel.
