Called maintenance because room had cold air blowing instead of heat in late October. Took him a while to make it warmer but the next day the cold air was back. Other hotels do the same thing and pretend they aren't aware of it. Why do they do this? Then the bathroom door doesn't stay closed? Why? I don't mean it just doesn't lock, I mean you can't close the door all the way! How gross! Lol I was at the sane hotel 10-12 years ago before the renovations when the rooms were so much larger and contained full kitchens, with a full size oven & dishwasher. Now the room is tiny with half sized DW and no oven at all! Just the micro. So this was a big disappointment. Plus I made the reservation 5 months in advance to make sure I got the room I wanted and when I get there they tell me they don't have my room available anymore because it's an extended stay hotel so they let people extend their stay. So they wanted me to take a lesser room because they had that one open. They also wanted to give me a regular room when I reserved an accessible one. Do you think I would reserve an accessible one if I didn't really need that? Not to mention they changed the name on my reservation when I gave my ID. I asked the gentleman to put it back to the original name and he pretended to in front of me but didn't really do so because our name shows on the TV. Ha Ha Ha. So unless you really need a hotel in this location, there's no other reason to pick this hotel. But it's convenient walk for grocery
