Here are a few issues I had at the apartment 1. Noticed the door at the living room is always opened and a staff member can just barge in. It was like the living room is an extension of their office. I didn't appreciate it and tried enforcing privacy at some time and was told to just focus on my room. 2. I constantly had to remind the manager about internet disruption, electricity getting exhausted. If you are a business person, I would not recommend this apartment. 3. Janvier is a nice guy. Same as the cleaning lady. They are the only positives in my experience. 4. Overall, I think the property managing needs a bit more training on customer relations. 5. It is a shared apartment and you may want to use a headphone cuz your apartment mate might be busy,,,,, if you know what I mean.

My gold tier was not honored. The room had no iron and no bedsheets just a bed cover.

Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.

Entire staff & experience were excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was great. Shuttle to airport was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m delighted to be writing the very first review for this wonderful hotel on Hotels.com. As a brand-new property, Mövenpick Kigali has made an excellent first impression. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also had the opportunity to try all three buffet services - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and each offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. What stood out most was the warmth and friendliness of the team. While the hotel is still new and there is naturally some room for refinement and additional training, every staff member we interacted with was genuinely welcoming and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel has a very bright future ahead of it. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali, and I look forward to returning.

Room; squeak floor, sink, toilet or shower drain. Restaurant staff need pick up dishes after dinner (dishes were in room smelling all night).
