Property is nice and clean with lake view. It also has a swimming pool and coin laundry. But no restaurant on property so you need to drive to Baddek for dinner but breakfast is included. Staff are great and helpful in all respect. Great value of money.

Everything is falling apart in this owner operated road side motel, not sure how it got a 3*** rating. Very shabby, small room size, water flow in the washroom was inconsistent. Breakfast and location is good (easy access to Cabot Trail), and the owner was trying their level best to improvise, but needs a lot more to bring it up to the standards.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property i stayed here 6 years ago also to do the Cabot Trail, its close to baddeck and to where you enter the trail the breakfast was excellent at the motel ,its right on the water so relaxing to sit out at night lots of chairs on the deck outside the rooms, rooms were clean, staff very friendly the only complaint i have is the the air conditioner is quite loud but we managed everything else was terrific i would stay here again.

The property was nice. Good bedrooms qnd reakfast, view was nice. Have to pay extra for kids above 12 yrs even though it was mentions in the reservation. This is some thing never seen any where.

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Property was older but rooms were clean and very spacious. They had fuse ball and ping pong and was great for kids!
