Location is fantastic, and the property is in great condition, especially considering it only opened last year. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped, with a nod to eco-friendliness. Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships.

The circle window room was fantastic, it overlooks a courtyard with no vehicular traffic and is a quiet residential zone at night. I slept with the window open all 3 nights there and it was so quiet. The stay was fantastic, the breakfast was insanely good. Highly recommend this hotel.

clean room and easy check in process. staff was very nice. bikes available to rent and ride through the city
