Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Balkiss! L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!! Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire! Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit! De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

The location of Riad Rêve Et Fantaisie Marrakech was very convenient and safe for those who want to be close to the Medina but away from the central tourist traps. Located in more of the residential areas of the Moroccan Medina, north of most of the touristic locations, we found the location very central. We also liked that the Taxi can drop you directly in front of the Hotel which is rare, as most central locations in the Medina would require small cars, and would be required to be accessed by foot. For those who want a place that's low thrills, clean, and a friendly staff, this is somewhere I would suggest. As someone who has been to Marrakech over a handful of times, over the last 20-years, I would recommend Riad Rêve Et Fantaisie Marrakech. I also enjoyed the tagines on the roof top, and the common space that was very well-kept. We were one of their first clients, as they just opened less than 1-month when we arrived, so perhaps the property will change over time, but I hope they will keep the hospitality and condition of the property.

This Riad is about 20 minutes walk from the main square. It is a peaceful oasis with very friendly and helpful staff.

Such a hidden gem, would recommend to anyone coming to Marrakesh. Great location :)

Very clean rooms and well kept, lovely staff, and warm welcome, even let us leave our bags in the hotel after check out, so we could explore more of the city before leaving marrakesh.

We had a great stay! We had four people, and everyone had their own room, bathroom and queen bed. It was quiet, away from all the noise of mopeds and late night stalls, and you couldn’t hear the prayers. Location was great, close to the square, many restaurants, and the souks! Abdul was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and on time every morning- Hyat was so nice and accommodating. The rooftop was very nice, as was the plunge pool inside. All the tile work was beautiful and felt very authentic. Each space had an AC unit, and the top would open up to the sky. We did schedule the Hammam and massage through the Riad and it was worth it. We felt very safe, the people were kind, highly recommend!

Mohamed was a very helpful host. Extremely clean, perfect location inside the Medina. I highly recommend this Riad.
