It is a new building! Of course it was clean! A LOT of amenities not given/available!!! Maybe higher “ups” should have not decided to open it yet!!!

The rates are good for a suite and we had a full fridge, but you should be aware of several things. The room was clean, but I guess you could best describe it as a "sterile" type feel. It provides a places to sleep that definitely feels safe and clean, but not cozy. The beds, while new, are very firm while I prefer a softer feel. The comforter is very thin and there are no extra blankets. That took away from any kind of coziness. It was missing some things that are pretty basic like shampoo and tissues and more than one bar of soap, but it didn't affect our stay. You could really hear the people in the room above you, but you should expect that when the flooring is lvp. It smelled and looked clean and will work for you if you just need a place to sleep or really want the suite features. But, if you are looking for a comfy feel, this wouldn't be it. The rates were ok given it was a regatta weekend and you do have the convenience of the sink and a full fridge. While I didn't look for it in the description because we didn't need it this time, note they don't have breakfast.

My friend and I stayed here on a girls’s trip and was met with very hard beds. It was like sleeping on pavement. The walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on around you. The AC kept cutting off so the air temperature was not consistent so we were hot and cold the entire time. Overall we will not be coming back here to stay again.

thoough the price was right and the hotel was clean and new, the walls and floors are are so very thin we could hear doors slamming through the night and whoever stayed above us running, walking loud doors closing late into the night even with earplugs, fan running and white noise. We also did not realize there would not be hair dryer or coffee pot…so if you stay come prepared with your own items or check with the property first since I believe some of this was missing b/c it is brand new and certain items have not been installed. (This is what the friendly front desk woman told me!)

When every other hotel in the area doubled and tripled their prices for last-minute hotel rooms, we were fortunate to find Woodspring with a fair price. We had low expectations, but were delighted to find out that it was clean, new, safe, and one of the largest hotel rooms we’ve ever been in. I highly recommend!

Very good option to stay for those on a tight budget. No room amenities but we are always prepared. No in-room coffee, no dining options on the property. Hotel was clean, staff nice and friendly. We knew the hotel was budget friendly and that was fine with us.

The one staff member I interacted was nice. The property is clean. However, the problem comes with the room itself. The walls are paper thin. We could literally hear people have casual conversation from the other room. Also, the beds squeaked every time you thought about moving. They appear to be on plastic leg supports, and they are obnoxious. It’s a shame such a nice hotel could be ruined for us by things like this.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It’s very clean! My number one requirement in a hotel! And thankfully no carpet in the rooms!! No ick feeling at all! This is a newer, very clean hotel and I would definitely stay there again!

Downsides: Hard, uncomfortable bed. This knocked off a full 2 stars from my rating of this hotel. The bed was super loud too. The microwave clock illuminated the entire room. I'm glad I had electrical tape with me to cover it up. The outlet was not easy to access, so I used tape. The door to get in makes zero sense. You have about 1.5 seconds between scanning your key and then getting to the door 10 feet away before it locks again. This isn't easy with luggage. Upsides: Clean
