Price was good, location was perfect and we slept comfortably. Staff was friendly. I didn’t like the ‘nickel and diming’. Had to pay extra for breakfast, extra for parking. I mean $24 a day for parking? Really? Where else was I supposed to leave my car? I ended up paying more than I expected. Will have to find another hotel next time.

We called and asked what time the shuttle runs from the airport to the hotel and they said from 4:00 a.m. to midnight. However, we got to the airport and waited by the pickup and realized we had to call the hotel to order a Lyft. The hotel provides the service it was just frustrating having to wait outside in the cold until we decided to call the hotel.

The room was nice, personnel were kind and helpful, but the parking situation was inconvenient. We were advised to take all luggage out of the car to avoid a break in. There should be more security to ensure otherwise.
