verify your booking with hotel prior to arrival...

When I arrived at the hotel they did not have my reservation. The front desk agent informed me that I would need to call the 3rd party company that booked my reservation, and after calling, with long wait times, and 1.5 hours of my day taken from me trying to resolve the issue I was finally able to get checked in once the front desk manager and the hotel.com staff / manager were able to speak to provide details that my reservation was indeed confirmed and pre-paid

Needs an update

It was ok. Hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. That was a plus. Restaurant was closed on the premises. Stayed in kig suite with marina view. Room was out dated and had instinction cords leading everywhere. iuld use alot of updating. Staff was pleasent and warn Chocolate Chip cookie was nice.

It was a convenient location to get to SF city. The building itself was very old which you can tell be the inside of the rooms. Some of the towels at tje pool were not clean so we had tl dig through them all to find clean ones

Very nice location in front of the marina. Property has 4 buildings. Rooms are kind of outdated but clean. Nice that the pool, hot tub and dry sauna was all indoors so it can be enjoyed year round. Kids loved the pool. Front desk staff is very friendly. Boathouse restaurant looks beautiful but we only togoed dinner since they were closing down.

The front office staff were awesome! I lost my ID card in the lobby and they called me right away! The room was spacious, clean, and super cozy. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

there are additional charges for services that many other hotels typically include, such as parking ($40 per night), bottled water, and breakfast. These extra fees felt unexpected and, frankly, unreasonable. There is hair in the bath when we get into the room.
