Kim Bradley at the front desk is always amazing!! We stay here a lot and we are always thrilled to see her at the front desk. Breakfast is great and we absolutely love the steak and salmon dinners. While you did not bring back the On the Rocks drinks, the new ones (Kaya, or something like that) are a nice replacement. Overall, always clean, great service (lots of staff to deliver it), and beautiful views of the water. Great value for the money!!

Nice building and staff, a little noisy

Pros: Nice staff and lobby area, good breakfast options, pretty location on the water (for one side of the hotel), easy check in Cons: my room was non-smoking but had a distinct smoke smell, freeway outside of window was pretty noisy but not nearly as loud as the air conditioning!

Toilet not flushing…

Overpriced. The worst part was we got there later in the evening. Our toilet did not flush. It was slow. We didn’t want to bother requesting for a different room as it was late and we were tired. Outdated. Furniture in the room and the lobby could use replacing. Just worn out and dirty. This is an old motel. We paid $250 for one night. I can’t believe how highly this place is rated. Low standards by other guests maybe? The “free” breakfast? Who knows… We informed the front desk and housekeeper about the toilet…the response was “meh!”
