Great hotel in a safe location with close proximity to airport. Decent breakfast with ample seating. There is a $10 per room fee for the airport shuttle, which the hotel failed to mention in its listing. I personally dislike hyatt's pillows which is why i rated comfort as low.

Staff was exceptionally nice and accomodating. It was nice having a hot breakfast. I thought I wouldn't like have not having fridge and micro in the room. But what they had in the lobby facilitated that need. Hot water, coffee, cocoa, teas, etc, forks, etc always available in the lobby. This is probably one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Window coverings concerning.
The window coverings are not a true block out drape. They don’t cover the entire window, on both windows. Stains on both desk chairs, with one broken. One of the glass slider door’s hard to slide, we did try to get it back on track, unable to so it. Front desk was informed.

Nice family one nighter
Some of the most friendly welcoming staff I've experienced at a hotel before! The Microsoft outage made it so keycards didn't work and staff had to physically let us into our room, but they were always gracious and kind. Good breakfast spread (not much option for folks with multiple allergies like myself though). Quiet AC/heating system which is a bonus, never heard airplanes but did hear some noise from room above.
