Please do not stay here.
The Heritage Inn Express is most likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Some things can't be helped, as the hotel is in a not-so-great neighborhood, and as much as they would like, certain factors such as trespassers or unsafe activity on the property grounds are inevitable. The previous one-star reviews are all true, and the photos do not represent what the hotel is actually like. The furniture is old and damaged, the room is in bad condition, and the bathroom had orange stains in the toilet and the shower. The sheets were dirty and had holes, and we heard loud talking in the rooms next to and above us. We had booked the room for the week, but we decided that it was better to cut our losses and find lodging elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is pretty bad and there are better options within walking distance. The one positive is that when I went to the front desk to raise these issues, the agent agreed to do so and we avoided paying for the rest of our stay. The price is tempting, but it is not worth it.

I’m a regular guests at the Heritage Inn.. I stayed for 3 weeks! At the beginning I loved the place! But lately, People brings there dogs to the hotel! You walked outside of your room , you see dog poop! Parking lot, same thing!! Then there’s people doing their drugs and drinking, loud music!!! It’s just horrible!!!

Magnetic Keycard Locks do not work
I will never stay here again entirely due to there bad magnetic key card door lock systems not working every day and another tenant was having the same issue. They need to change all of their door locks from their current system to one that reliably works
