First off i never do this and leave bad reviews but for the cost of this hotel you expect more and i don't want others being scammed out of their hard-earned money by a 2-star hotel using a corporate name to draw you in thinking it's a true home 2 home suites. This is my second time at this hotel the 1st time was average thought it was new would give it a second shot. My second stay however confirmed my first stay.
Issues:
1. I requested an additional blanket upon check in at 8pm an hour later no blanket i had to call a second time to request. 1.5hr later i get my blanket.
2. the front desk takes the phone off the ringer so they can sleep. when i was trying to call for a blanket it was busy the whole time but i called the desk from my personal phone (not room) and they answered like i woke them up at 10pm.
3. breakfast is basically a continental with microwave sausage croissants and waffles. don't Wate your time or money.
4. Loud Street noise. Room 339

Worst stay at this place so far
Woke up at 2:00 AM because of men talking and walking loudly infront of our door which is just infront of an exit door. Door banged twice and so my 2year old son cried and woke up from his sleep too. Tried to call the front desk to report but the phone is not working! Cant even call them to request for extra pillow that was actually already mentioned during the booking. Went back to sleep and woke up again at around 3 because those same men are back to the flloor again. We were at room 339 which I didnt know was infront of the exit door. The lady at the front desk saw me coming with my kids, a 2 year old and 10.
Very Nice comfortable updated room. Staff was exceptional at the front desk. Check in was easy. Hotel is very Clean. That is a top concern for me when traveling with a baby.
The hotel was awesome: Just two complaints. 1) there was a small ant problem in the bathroom the morning we checked out. 2) I had to ask twice for extra washcloths and towels at the front desk.
