The room smells bad and furnitures were in bad shape. The place was noisy you can hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms till early morning. The only thing I like was the nice and friendly girl who check me in and the hotel is very close to the ferry to San Francisco

We checked in then left. There were 2 escorts coming in as we arrived. As I have a child I asked the rest of thr party to stay in the car and I went to check the rooms. Police was areiving at the moment to take caer of a situation. They suggested not to stay there. Hallways smelled like cigar. I ask to cancel my stay and moved to another place. I do have to say the person at the counter was vwry polite and very honest. Great guy!

This by far was the WORST experience I've had staying in hotels. I was not able to sleep due to the drugs and prostitution in the room next to mine, the constant smell of marijuana smoke, the unattended parking garage, the water leaks, and the breakfast bar that was coffee and milk. The room itself was horrifying. I'm deeply disappointed and would appreciate a refund. I made a complaint with the front desk staff and was told that drugs and prostitutes are a normal occurrence and that nothing could be done about the noise unless others complained.

The hotel is in a urban area. It was fairly close to the airport, easy to find, and had ample parking space. The check in was quick, and efficient. Used the online portal. The hotel is very dated, but it was clear that they were trying to update certain areas. The only thing that was difficult was the noise of the trains passing by so night long.

This should be false advertising with how many things were broken in the room. When I got there they told me the heater and AC were broken but I could use a space heater. When I tried to get the space heater from front desk the first night they said they ran out. The second night they gave me one that was also broken. The room was freezing both nights. The room had a door leading to the room next door and I could hear everything. The doors were also constantly slamming in the halls.
