There is too much noise. Cargo train pass by, and the Mtrack train passes every hour—sometimes every half hour. It is very hard to sleep, especially if you have kids. In the hallways and elevators, smell marijuana.”

The room was clean and there staff were also kind during the stay. Public transportation drops off at the front door of the hotel using route 12 and is a connection to the BART Station. Breakfast was on time and offered as a complimentary meal for those staying in the hotel.

Honestly I was skeptical about staying here at first, but I must say for the price I payed, I wasn’t mad at all. The room was actually pretty nice, spacious, and cozy. Some things need improvement of course, but overall I wasn’t grossed out. Now the hallway journey to the room was a little sketchy but, the location is everything. So much culture and beauty in the Jack London square area! The staff was helpful. So may great restaurants in the area! Honestly if you just ask the front desk to put u in one of the nicer rooms they will especially if they see you are from outta town! I’ll never forget this motel ever. It was my home for 5 days while I was in town performing in a comedy festival. It got the job done.

The rooms were clean, but looked nothing like the photos. Furtunre was clearly used. No carpeting.The common spaces were not well maintained. The staff was reasonably friendly, but I was able to move to another hotel before my stay in this one was completed.
