They are remodeling and should not have guests right now. My first room didn't have hot water in the shower. One of the owners came to look at it and said "oh, this isn't good for you?" Not for over $100 night it's not! I could barely open the cabinet that had the fridge in it because the bed was in the way. They moved me to another room because of the hot water situation. Hot shower water but only cold in the sink. There was also no blanket. There was only a sheet and a slightly thicker top sheet so I had to ask for one of those. It was extra cold because they are redoing the doors and there is old insulation around the doors with huge gaps for wind to come through. It's a crapshoot if the hairdryer works. I tried 3 in 3 different rooms and only 1 worked. There was a used coffee pod in the Keurig, one of the cream and sugar packs was open and used, and a beer bottle cap next to the fridge. They were sanding the room doors all day one day. They worked on mine for an hour, I put earbuds in to try to drown it out. The wifi cut out one morning so I asked at the desk and they said they were upgrading it and it would be on by the end of the night. A heads up would have been nice. I went to get ice but the machine was unplugged and they wanted 25c to use it. I know it's cheap but again, 100 a night should include ice.

Had trouble getting any sleep because of a loud TV in the next room. Had to call the office numerous times and actually go to the front desk in person before they finally got the TV turned down, but by that time it was too late and already morning.

Would not recommend.

Their concept of "Free Parking" is a misnomer. There are not enough spaces for all guests. There IS free parking, if you get there early enough. Otherwise, you need to park on the street, which is metered until 6pm, so NOT free. My room key worked once then had to be replaced. I was woken up, after midnight, by water leaking into my bathroom, from the room above. This was, apparently, because the occupant of the room above "didn't use the shower properly". It took 5 minutes to wake the night manager, so he could call up to the room above mine and give me extra towels, for the flooding. I considered asking for another room, but there were no other vacancies, so why bother. The cabinet that hid the fridge wouldn't close and it was so close to the bed, that I nearly tripped over it.

The room was clean and tidy, but it looked like it was just "thrown together". Some of the outlets/usb plugs were rusted and/or not working. The sink faucet worked, but wasn't secured in place and the bathtub faucet was sticking and hard to operate. The room is in desperate need of maintenance.
