The Desk Clerk at check-in was not a pleasure to engage. No "Hello" and "Good evening" with a smile. She spoke quietly so was difficult to hear. When we arrived at our room on the fifth floor both card-keys would not open the door. I went back down to the front desk and kindly stated that the keys did not work. Her reply was not "I'm so sorry, etc.". Rather, it was a rude "Both keys? The rest of the staff was great as was the room and the breakfasts.

Beds were vwry comfortable and pillows. Very clean and courteous staff. We had one issue with the ac but they were on top of fixing it very quickly.8 Breakfast was good and they had alot of options. Property was very safe and security was 24-7 on the streets. Very close to the bart transportation.

Great hotel but really bad area, $60 for parking included a tax. How do you charge tax for valet parking? On the good side, staff was very friendly facility was clean and very nice.
