It was right in town so walkable to everything. It had no parking so had to park on road or Woolworths car park, not ideal. We had room 4 on ground floor. The room was very small and dark with a panel of glass, not a window. Lots of memorabilia, which was interesting. It had ear plugs by the bed, was wondering why but you find out later a bit of noise in area. A continental breakfast was included with basic needs.

Great place!
Fabulous old building that’s now quirky and fun, in a steampunk kind of way. Just be warned, the lounge closes at 8pm and there's a bit of road noise, but otherwise highly recommended.

Cute place, but too small
Very well-decorated room in a renovated historic building on a busy road. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but cozy. The parking was a block away, which wasn't a problem, but there wasn't any place to drop off your luggage while you checked in. The continental breakfast had high quality food, but not many choices. I felt like overall it was a good place for one night, but not an extended stay.

It is a unique property. I love the lack of waste. It has everything you could want with out the use of plastic. Fresh milk, cold water - no plastic. It is a gorgeous, thoughtful space

The lack of fresh air in the rooms at night was the only small issue I had. Not really a complaint as probably not a lot can be done regarding this as the structure of the building restricts anything. Intriguing decor and a pleasure to stay there.
