Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Very close to the Mercados and el Zocalo. Would stay here again. Friendly note, hot water is set on a schedule so make sure you read the sign posted in the room for hot water schedule.

Very polite, attentive and helpful staff. A heads up, while this place is just a few blocks away from the zocalo and all the main attractions of the centro, there is a noise problem. Be prepared for the usual noises of city life. Ear plugs might help.

Room stayed cool. Other than the water was lightly warm for showering, it was an enjoyable stay. Staff was super nice and I felt completely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Ubicación excelente, te permite caminar a los puntos claves, tienes cerca opciones para comer y hacer compras. Atención amable, solucionando necesidades. Solo sugeriría un poco mas de higiene en el baño, regaderas. Si volvería a hospedarme aqui.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Accommodations were made to have luggage left before our check-in was available & it helped a lot. The hotel is very close to the 20 de Noviembre food market, and the Zocalo (5 mins). I recommend upgrading to a room with AC, as even during Sep/ Oct, it gets hot.

Location was great. The hotel layout has an apartment building feel which I liked. It's a bit dated, but nothing falling apart. Great for the price. I would stay here again

While this is a simple hotel, it is clean and has character. What more could you want when staying in Oaxaca? We are a family of 5 and the thing we liked best about this hotel is that they had rooms that had beds for everyone and we did not have to split up into 2 rooms. We definitely would stay here again.

Convenient location to centro zocalo. Permitted a check-in just after midnight; other hotels would not. Property although older was clean and everything in my room worked. That said I did not use the TV. Staff were pleasant and professional. I was able to store my luggage at front desk until my later departure after check out. Area around hotel seemed safe and walkable. That said is quite busy and vendors can be slightly agressive in sales attempts.
