This hotel is perfect for a visit to Oaxaca. The location is within walking distance to all the action of Oaxaca, but far enough that is quiet at night. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the breakfast is absolutely amazing.

The rooms are clean, on other trips to this hotel the front dest was great. The person this last trip the front desk lady just seem lost on what she need to do to check us in. She even gave us our room with out even having us sign the room docks. She called us back later that day. Breakfast was good. Its alot better then just muffins and toast. Its a good breakfast to start your morning. The breakfast servers do need to focus on all customers not just the ones they think are going to tip them. The parking/ parking staff has always been good to us. Thank you

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, from housekeeping to the breakfast team. The breakfast was amazing, and I truly enjoyed it. I am very grateful for the staff’s hospitality, and I made sure to tip several people as a thank you. I would definitely come back again!

Clean, quiet, well maintained. Traveling alone, I chose the basic, more moderate priced room. It was spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Included breakfast was great, and the staff invariably courteous and helpful.

Very well-maintained property with polite staff. This hotel is walkable to most Oaxaca Centro tourist and shopping attractions. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast has good choices of fresh fruits, hot eggs, and local breakfast dishes.

The location was good and the room a good size. The bed was comfortable but the furniture was quite dated. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no fridge in the room and the aircon was old and noisy and would drip water after it was on for a while. The breakfast was quite poor in terms of the hot offer. The hotel had no bar or real social area so lacked any atmosphere. For 160 euros a night it was not value for money!

Really nice location for Oaxaca City. Was there with my friends and family, and we had a great time. Very clean! Thanks to the cleaning staff. Walked around at night and felt super safe. Loved that everything you could need is nearby.
