It’s very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They are so sweet that they set up a birthday decoration for our room when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration trip. It was such a pleasant surprise! They made the birthday celebration extraordinarily a special one to remember for years to come. We enjoyed our stay very much and we truly appreciate the effort they put in.

Don’t use the supplies !

Very nice decor but this hotel is hardly in the upper class category. It’s clean and I would equate it more to three and half star. The bed is a bit old. The hotel has signs in the room about what they do not give you and even limits the amount of personal hygiene product they will supply and threats of charges if you make the towel dirty. It’s not very welcoming at all.

The location is unbeatable – in the heart of downtown yet surprisingly peaceful. Everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance: the cathedral, museums, zócalo, restaurants, and mercados were all steps away. The three-story hotel has no elevator, but the stairs are remarkably easy to navigate. Our room was a cozy sanctuary with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The cleanliness was impeccable – every surface sparkled with attention to detail. We recommend this hotel. It perfectly balances prime location, comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

The staff greeted me with a shot of mescal when I checked in. My room was without question the cutest hotel room I've ever stayed in. So charming. The are is extremely walkable...don't forget to go to the artsy area. The markets, the food, the dancing in the square....all excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel...oh wait! The towels are soft, comfy, and embossed!

Close to everything. We were able to work everywhere from there. Nice restaurant with good reviews. We saw many locals having dinner there. Personal was very nice and helpful. We took one of the tours that the hotel advertised, and it was cheap and very good.
