La decoración y ambiente de la habitación es muy antigua, estando dentro de la habitación no me hizo sentir que estaba pagando algo que valí la pena, el correo donde me hacían saber que el hotel no contaba con estacionamiento me llegó a los 15 min después del check in (o sea después de que llegué y me dijeron que no contaban con parking) las fotos que promocionan no es lo que te ofrecen cuando pides una habitación, me hubiera gustado que fueran mas transparentes con la información y con lo que promocionan

This was a great find on my first visit to the city,! The location is ideal: near the Center, but not loud . The rooms were colorful and well-maintained. The best thing was the rooftop spa, which I used twice a day. It has a spectacular view of Santo Domingo! (I just wish that it were open after seven.) The breakfast was great, especially thanks to our waitress Yvonne. She was super friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Needs some improvements

Decent hotel and great location. A few things could make it better. Not lots of light in the rooms. Pathetically weak shower pressure. Hours of restaurant are pretty random. Itblooksnlike there's a pool bitnits just a javuzzinand it doesnt get hot. There is a large deck bit it has no furniture, nothing going on.

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the centre, suite bed was comfortable, the only downside was shower had very little water pressure and A/C was above the bed which hits you directly. My wife got sick as soon as we returned home.

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk from downtown and a lot of places to go eat around, the only sucky part was the tv would loose signal a lot and the shower head was not so great.

All of the staff members were amazing! The location was great, especially for seeing the fireworks on the rooftop during the Guelaguetza. The breakfast was delicious and the property itself was beautiful.

Very enjoyable stay, travelling solo and appreciated the 24/7 front desk who were all lovely. Close to some great bars and restaurants for drink or dinner and to walk home safely. Beautiful quaint property with lovely colourful decorations. Room was comfortable enough though the mattress was very firm and water pressure a bit light. Not deal breakers for me though. The restaurant attached is small and generally only open for breakfast and lunch, maybe because was quiet at hotel but while food was fine, given Oaxacan cuisine is amazing I was expecting more and would have eaten elsewhere on reflection but was convenient and amaZing views over city towards San Domingo church. Would recommend as a lovely spot to explore Oaxaca from and be very comfortable and excellent service :)

Oaxaca gem

We had a lovely time at this hotel with our family of 5 - staying in 2 rooms. We loved the outdoor terrace space. We enjoyed breakfast and midday snacks at the restaurant. The workout room is well equipped which we did use on some rainy days. Beds were firm, clean and comfortable. The hotel is charming with a welcoming and very helpful staff. It is a short enjoyable walk to Oaxaca sites.

Location is very convenient, at the edge of the city center but still within walking distance. The jacuzzi and spa area closes at 7pm, this was unexpected as is regarded as private area for the suite. Couldn't find that in the policies online in Expedia. Better cleaning in the shower is commendable as there was black mold behind the window curtain. The door curtain could be darker and thicker, it lets the light and voices in.
