Excellent property. Most of the staff was friendly. Pool was very big. A bit cold when you jump in, but you get used to it, especially on hot days, which are often. Looking forward to coming back!

We stayed for 3 nights, NO INTERNET the entire stay, this was an inconceivable to us since both my husband and I work remotely. The staff did not seemed to care you needed access to the internet. We asked if there was somewhere we could go and use internet nearby and they said they did not know of any. We had to wait exactly until 3pm to check in(which is fine), but restroom was dirty (shower had dirt inside), small spiders crawling outside the shower, hotel needs updating. Would not recommend!

Outside is well maintained but the interior of the building need major remodeling. The building is old and i don't think the building been remodeled ever since it was made. But it's clean and the staffing are excellent.

The room was clean with a view of the city. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The food was great and the staff was nice. The hotel provides a shuttle to go downtown but it starts at 6 P.M. we walked to downtown a few times and took a taxi on the way back. The walk downhill is easy but difficult going up the hill.

Location perfect for walking to the auditorium

Location was perfect for a concert so I would not have to worry about parking. Accommodations were good. Food was good all around a good stay.

Was forced to wait until 3:00 to check in despite low occupation. Had to clean shower head with metal point to allow water to flow. 1 hour. Lucky to have the tools. All else was Great.

Hotel was clean , service and staff were great. Shower head was plugged with calcite and I had to spend an hour cleaning the holes with a metal point to get it to work properly. Had to wait until 3:00 pm to check in despite our room being vacant.

Hotel Victoria is off to the corner. It is a very big property and it has a lot to offer on site but there is nothing really near it. However, downtown is about a simple walk but it's about 20 minutes. Everything is in downtown. But if you want something quick like a convenience store or a quick eat there are no options nearby.

Beautiful older property overlooking the city. The views are amazing. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel pool is fabulous and they run a shuttle service to the city at night. Having said this the woman at the front desk upon checking in was less than helpful. She refused to give me the room that i booked with balcony. It took an hour and other staff to sort it out. Everyone on staff was helpful but her
