The property was a bit dated. We were in room 207. The floor has an incline in it, which wasn’t the best. You would get out of bed and feel like you have had to much to drink. I do have a video of it but it won’t let me post it

Everything about this hotel can be summed up in one word, spectacular! Great communication from our late check in request to the magnificent view overlooking Portree. If you’re planning a trip to Skye, staying here is a must-do.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The Hotel itself is looking very 'tired' and in need of a makeover. The skirting board in our room was dusty, the curtain lining was badly torn and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. The (black) shower grouting hid the fact that there was black mould between the tiles. The window bay had visible rain damage that had been patched up but was left in an unsightly state.

Reasonably priced single room with great view over the harbour. Bedding was clean and crisp and room of a good size. Bathroom very clean and adequate. Slightly squeaky floorboards and sound from room next door but to be expected in a hotel of this age. Comfortable lounge to have a drink in the evening and look at the water.

Hotel is old and not kept in good shape .. not worth the amount they charge. Hotel needs a lot done to it as it has not been maintained. For the money it is not worth it. Location is the only thing it has going for it
