They are wonderful people and it’s a very lovely comfortable quiet zone to stay at. Took us more than 6 years to find a place that we can call home. The Staff is very pleasant and responsive and want to make sure you are happy and have all your needs at all times.

Staff is very friendly and extra helpful. They will try to accommodate your request. Apartment and facility is extra clean. Very nice and quite area. Definitely recommend the facility. The only con is they don't offer breakfast other than the apartments are really hood. They also offer free shuttle pickup and drop off to and from the airport.

The hotel is a quaint, nicely built at a great location. Its elegantly decorated. The staff especially Ahmed Mustafa is awesome and very very helpful. I had a large group come with me, the hotel provided free transportation to and from the airport at all hours. Also, they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout since our flight out was later in the evening. I will definitely stay here when I visit Cairo again.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport is very good. Because of its location, if you don't have a car and want to do touristy things in Cairo, it can be challenging since not all Uber drivers will want to take you from downtown to this location. But the management is excellent and very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Overall this is a great property. Only 2 negatives are 1. Nothing is in walking distance (restaurants, shopping) 2. This property is too far from downtown Cairo and Pyramids. We were charged extra just because of this property’s location.

Place was reallly nice. I will stay there again. Is a little far from downtown and giza but i took and uber and problem solved. Is quiet and big. Live it. No dramas and no noise from traffic.

I liked the airport shuttle service: sharp timing and a safe driver. I liked the friendliness and at the same time the professionalism of the staff. The location and the neighbourhood are wonderful. Exceptional A super clean and elegant Aparthotel. The staff was amazing, very helpful and genuinely eager to make us comfortable as we were at home. They picked us from the airport early in the morning and drove us back after our stay, free or charge. The Aparthotel is located in a quite and elegant area near the airport and was easy to commute to downtown. We would definitely come back again.
