BED BUGS

Absolutely Disgusting – Bed Bugs Found Immediately I walked into the room & within a minute found bed bugs. I didn’t even unpack I left immediately. This was completely unacceptable. I reported it right away, Yet here I am, still waiting on a refund. I did not stay at this hotel, & I had to make last minute arrangements elsewhere. I expected better handling of such a serious issue. This experience was beyond disappointing, & I would never recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel was very nice and tried to give above and beyond, however the extra fees were larger than stated on website and ultimately I could have paid half for anything I needed at a different hotel and had more money in my pocket.

The room was beautiful! Parking is limited if you have a late check in. If you get a room facing the interstate you will definitely need the ear plugs provided on the night stand! I didn’t see them until the next morning so there was no sleep for me!

Quick and easy check in. Very helpful in linking my Hilton Honors member number with the stay since Expedia has no way of doing that. Room was clean and comfortable. Traffic noise not an issue, was on 4th floor and facing the interstate, had zero issue with falling asleep.
