First of all, I'm disabled. Not in a wheelchair but walking is difficult. I asked for a ground floor room but got an upstairs one instead. I figured I'd at least try it & see how difficult it would be. Omg! The stairs are at a weird angle & it hurt so bad to go up & down. I ended up asking others that we're staying there if they could help me get my belongings to my room. It was so late at night that I just wanted to go to sleep. In the morning, I went to the front desk & asked to be moved. The man working that day was fantastic! He had it all worked out for me fast. I appreciated his kindness & understanding. Now the rooms themselves were ok. I knew what I was paying for & I don't look too closely at the cleanliness part. I bring my own blankets & put one on top of theirs & I have another to sleep under. I also bring my own pillows. I don't even want to look at the sheets they have. The bathroom wasn't very clean. I bring my own cleaning products for this too. I tried to clean the shower but gagged at all the hair in the drain. It's one thing I can't deal with. The floor felt like it was covered with sand & I forgot to bring a broom. I know I shouldn't have to do all this but come on, I'm not paying for a luxury hotel. I'm being frugal & just don't look too hard. The pool looked nice. There were ppl enjoying it but my medical condition prevents me from trying it out. Overall it was a decent, inexpensive motel as long as you don't expect too much.

Worst stay ever!!

No towels, told us they didn’t have laundry. Cops were there every night. People smoking inside rooms, mold and bugs. Nothing was cleaned. Looked like a trap house !

No microwave no fridge no working ice machine. Shower still had hair and stains. Toilet had a ring around it. Non smoking doesn’t mean weed, I had to change rooms because my children will not be in a hot boxed room! Staff and location is disgusting.

I was sick after staying here. Staff was rude from the get go. The girl with red hair shouldn't work in CS. She was rude all around. The room was so gross with cig smoke. People smoking all around and building across was abandoned and crime happening. Stay away from here. Grossest I've ever stayed at. I woke up with a full blown respiratory infection. Thanks gross as it gets

The area looked as if it was run down and closed, then when i was given my room keys, the stairs were packed with men just sitting around smoking and drinking, when requested a safer room, the same was found and room was dirty, sheets stained bath tub not cleaned full of hair. I did not stay, I left and went somewhere else. This should not be an expedia site and I am now out of 50$ due to it
