Did not receive the room that we booked - King suite. We were put into a standard suite. After a long day of travel and celebrating the Thanksgiving Day holiday with family, we decided not to make a big fuss over it. The two queen size beds in the room were very comfortable but only had one pillow on each bed. The room was infested with ants, especially in the bathroom, and the floors were dirty/sticky.

I rarely review but spend your money elsewhere.
I’m not one to make reviews but there was one towel for three of us, no small hotel soaps/shampoos/body cleaning products in the shower, the shower head was nasty and needs to be thrown out, no microwave, no fridge, no hand towels, chipped paint of the doors in the bathroom, the shower floor was stained, and the shower curtain was gross. The employees themselves were short with me and my two kids and not having it. Maybe they just had a bad day but it sucked.

Booked online paid the amount which was $57 for one night and when I arrived to check in they told me it was an additional $17 because they didn't have the room that I booked available. I will be talking to the manager in the morning to get that $17 back I arrived to the room which was far from the parking lot with no direct access. Initially was given a smoking room and had requested a non smoking room. No blankets on the bed just a top sheet I had blankets in my car so I just brought them in and use those because I was too tired to go back to the office for a third time

Room had ants in the shower and several other little bugs in the room. Sheets didn’t appear to be clean, I actually ended up using my own blankets and pillows that I had in my car because of the condition of the bedding. Wasn’t impressed with the room, but I was exhausted.
