This is more of a motel than a hotel, despite how it was advertised. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the pool, which turned out to be closed for maintenance and, according to staff, will be out of service for several weeks. That was a major letdown, especially since we were counting on it to entertain our kids after a long car trip. The property appears to have been recently updated, which was nice, though nothing particularly upscale or impressive. Beds were clean, and thankfully, no bugs. However, we did notice a few strands of hair stuck to the top of the shower curtain, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast was minimal with limited options, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not what we expected based on the listing.

Nice hotel. Not so nice cleaning skills.

The Check in was smooth, front desk staff was phenomenal. Checked in to no sofa sleeper sheets, blankets or pillows. Room sleeps 6 but was only set up for 4. Only had towels for 4. Towels weren’t clean. There was used makeup on 2 rags, dark color pubic hairs on towels and all in bathroom. Food and a liquid substance in sink of “kitchen area” Bed linens had a “wet” feeling to them. When I told staff I was asked to send pictures to an email but no compensation was offered.
