Not "Very Good"

Does not rate a "very good" in my opinion. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. However, the first room I was assigned was in poor condition and a roach crawled across the wall. The "deluxe" room I was then assigned was the same room with un-scarred furniture. I was fairly confident I would not have a pest problem, but I took my bag with me each day. Did not leave anything in the room while I was out.

It was just ok. We went out to get food and came back to zero parking spaces available. We had to wait for someone to leave in order to park again. The room next to ours sounded like a party was going on as there was loud music at 1am on a Thursday night. It did stop but the point is, you can hear music or tv through the walls. I think the hand soap and the body wash were filled with the same soap so if you have sensitive skin definitely bring your own. Same with hair care. There was only a 2 in 1 shampooing conditioner. Everything else was ok though. Pretty standard. It was clean which is a huge plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were updated with paint and new vanity and sink. Unfortunately the toliet in our room wasn't flushing. My husband did let front desk know and he plunged it. Maintenance person wasn't in yet.

I was pleasantly surprised with Red Roof Inn. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. I could tell it was an older property but effort had been made to make updates. Were the updates perfect? No. But you could tell there was quite a bit of effort made to make the upgrades.

Our room was great and comfortable. However people came into the room next to us about 8:30. Real LOUD talking and tv. There were 4 voices to start with. Two left after about 30 minutes and it got a little quieter. Then at 3:30 AM the noise started again. I hit on the wall and ask them to be quiet. That didn’t work. I called the front desk and told the lady what was going on. She tried to call the too and they had the phone off the hook and she even went to door and knocked but they wouldn’t come to the door. We left at 4:30 because there was no going back to sleep with the noise. We WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!
