Had a great stay at The Riding Academy! Came up to Gainesville for a Gator game and this was actually the most affordable place for a one night stay within driving distance of the University. This hotel is gorgeous and reminds me of a Walt Disney World Resort. We had a studio room which was spacious. The whole resort was very clean and you can tell it’s new. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Ocala area!

Lovely sparkling new property located at the new World Equestrian Center in Ocala. Lots of building going on next door, but no work being done during our stay. This property is large and well appointed in equestrian style. The room was large and comfortable and clean as was the bath room. There were many sitting areas throughout and a nice cafe with a good variety of food and beverage options including delicious looking fresh baked croissants as big as two fists! The exterior was pristine and boasted a gated children’s pool play area next to the large pool.

This is the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. From the cover to throw over the bed to the ten foot high shower head, this has the amenities for a luxury hotel that allows your pets to stay with you. We did a hurricane evacuation here and were never so happy to spend a night away from home! I can not say enough about the beautiful, quality details in the hardware, huge silent SOLID doors, beautiful windows- this place is pure quality!

The hotel seemed brand new. a Luxury stay at the same price as many of the bargain brand hotels in Gainesville for Parent's weekend. It's just s short drive, worth the extra time!

This was a last minute trip. It was a great location and easy to book. I loved the grounds. So much to do and having the opportunity to rent golf carts to explore made it so easy and fun.

I liked that it was clean and all staff that we encountered were very courteous. I didn’t like the fact that I booked 2 different identical rooms for the same stay but booked them on different days. The room I booked earlier was $ 50.00 per night more expensive than the one I booked later. I also didn’t like that I requested the rooms be adjoining or at least close to each other but 1 was on 1 side of the hotel on the 2nd floor and the other room was on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the hotel
