Property was very clean. Our room appeared to be newly remodeled. It was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay. We had the room with 1 queen bed. My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very lumpy.

Great experience at the Beach Bum West O! We were in town for the Boardwalk Rockfest and the hotel treated us like royalty. Basic room but very clean and met all expectations. The staff was very caring and asked several times if we had everything we needed. The shuttle bus to the festival was a fantastic added bonus and was flawless drop off and pickup.

The property and the room could best be described as rustic. It's a beautiful property on a creek. The room was very small but clean. It was ok for one person but wouldn't have wanted to try it with another person in the room. The only seating other than the bed were 2 metal barstools that fit under about a foot wide storage shelf. Biggest drawback for me was no coffee pot in the room. I'm an early riser and like my coffee and since the office doesn't open until 9am I had to get dressed and drive down to WaWa and back with coffee. Bathroom was decent sized with a full sized shower.
