Our stay was amazing. The amenities in the hotel are top notch. It was a rainy weekend so having indoor activities and the pool was outstanding!

Hotel itself, was great. Room, different story. Fleaning staff did well but our room, outdated. Couch was gross, wouldnt even sit on it. Room smelled like old vacuum cleaner. Will not stay here again.

Great view and food

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Room service was ok, they left our trash outside of our room and never came to get it. We had to keep asking for towels and soap. The pool and hot tub was very nice! The food at the reef was excellent!

We immediately checked out as the property had a smell and my wife is immunocompromised. The property was all carpeted and it was below the standard we use to reserve hotel rooms. In addition Expedia cancelled our original reservation to a different property 3 hrs before check in time. We were part of a group and was left with no viable choice. Extremely disappointed and buyer beware!!!

Good stay

Stayed for an event taking place here. 5th time for the event but decided to stay. Room was clean and had great amenities, and my only complaint was that the bed was as hard as a rock. I use the pillows to make myself a nest and that worked out great for me. I just prefer a softer bed.
