We enjoyed our stay. Glad we were able to cook breakfast and dinners. The sofa bed could use an update and a mat on the floor when you walk in would be good to catch any sand on your shoes. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We would stay again.

The rooms were dirty the walls had a layer of dust on them. Tv in front room cable didn’t work kept on cutting in and out. Not enough towels or bed sheets. Faucets were all blocked and sprayed everywhere but where they should. Shower faucet was backwards and could have scalded the kids. The list continues. Definitely not worth the money.

Outdated and due for an overhaul!

Bathroom was dirty and outdated. Bathroom sink stopper was broken. Suite was outdated. Peeling paint everywhere outside the hotel. Basement parking lot was dirty and outdated. Indoor pool was very small. Public bathrooms on each floor were very dirty.

It was okayy…

It is a decent place that looks like an apartment building and has been renovated. Location is perfect… we were in town for a basketball tournament and it was close to everything.

There was no free breakfast, absolutely no ocean view, broken elevators and a dirty tub. Also pull out bed was never cleaned it was so full of sand we had to carry the mattress outside and dumb it. Location was nice. Fridge leaked.

For the amount of the hotel this was a total rip-off. The hotel was filthy. There was only one small elevator for 5 floors and it only worked for 3 hours of our stay. I could go on, but this should just serve as a warning. ⚠️

This hotel is our choice because of the convenience, location and beach access to name a few. This time the check-in was not good because of delays (heard from other guests also) with the rooms not being available at the check-in time. It appears to be a shortage of staffing. Once we finally did get checked in after approximately 45 minute delay, we were pretty much satisfied.

Nice hotel and great walking distance

Overall this is a nice hotel. It definitely was clean and presentable. Staff were helpful. Nice walk to the beach. Mini golf near by and a few nice food places. I would recommend some better pillows and new sofa beds. Those were the worst I have ever had to sleep on and I've been in worse hotels with better sofa beds. Just springs and it was rough. We did have noisy neighbors (not hotel's fault) which caused another headache, but the staff said they do reach out to have guests repeat hours, so I did appreciate that. Pictures on website really match what you will find in the room. I would recommend just watch out if you plan to sleep on the sofa bed.

My overall experience was a very good one. There was a problem with the coffee maker in our room so I reached out to the front desk and within 10 minutes a new coffee maker was delivered to the room. Ii know that on the grand scale of life this is not a big deal but when your an super early riser the efforts of the front desk is greatly appreciated.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is a bit outdated. We booked what I thought was queen suite in the pictures it show's a bedroom and laminate floors which is exactly what we were looking for, however that’s not what we got. We had a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, no bedroom and carpets on the floors. Whenever I would put the baby on the floor to play, his feet and legs would get filthy from crawling around. What they lacked in cleanliness and overall comfort they more than made up for with their staff. They were all so friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would stay again if I was able to book a different room.

Great hotel and room was large. Loved the kitchenette and separate bedroom with a door that closed to give us a little privacy from the kids here and there! Only thing that was a little bit of a disappointment was the cleanliness of the floor when we checked in. The hardwood floor in the living room/dining room area and the tile in the bathroom could have definitely used a good cleaning before we arrived. We had to ask for a broom and mop to clean it ourselves because it was absolutely black from the previous people who stayed in the room and it was obviously not swept or mopped before we were given our keys, which wouldn’t have been as much of a big deal to us if it weren’t for us having toddlers who kept crawling around and sitting on the floor. The mattress on the pull out couch was also very stained up and needed to be replaced. Other than that, the hotel was good for the price and I would definitely stay again. I just wish they had an outdoor pool, only having an indoor pool was definitely a little bit of a let down, but we did make the best of the indoor pool.

I enjoyed the style of the room. Spacious and nice kitchen. I didn't enjoy the amount of sand in the room on the floor and on the couch/pull out bed. Also the pool area is extremely small. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stayed might even stay again.

When me and my family arrived we book two rooms the older man at the front was very nice everyone was nice even the house keepers but let me tell you , one when I opened the sofa bed and the springs where coming out so I had to sleep on the sofa that felt like I was coming threw the sofa , next the shower when I got in the middle of the floor felt like i was coming threw it , both bathrooms smelled like urine , the room wasn’t dirty just need a lot of updating , also the 3 rd floor smell like dogs , they say the second floor is for pets but the smell is so bad , I love pets , I really got what I paid for , the location is also perfect, all I can say is stay at your own risk
