Pool was closed, both guests were disable and only would give one parking pass and was told had to find street parking, was put on the 5th floor, room was not clean, internet and tv did not work, no toilet paper and was told we had to wait til room service came in hour later and was put on a list.

I have been to Coastal Palms before and for the price and location it is a plus. The one problem is the malfunctioning wifi other than that the rooms are spacious and the beach is right behind the resort.

It’s a convenient place to stay. Property needs some improvements. Daytime staff is great. Evening staff well they could use some improvement. While our room appeared clean when I pulled the blanket back to go to bed it was obvious our sheets had not been changed from previous guest. I had to fetch sheets and changed the bedding myself. They gave me a $40 credit for my troubles in the morning 🙄
