The heater in my room would cycle between air conditioning and heat constantly with the from desk clerk saying it's supposed to be like that. It was bad enough the room was 59 when I arrived. So put heat on 70 and supposed to cut off at 71 but due to a malfunctioning thermostat the AC said that was too hot and brought it down to 69 which the heat said was too cold and cut back on. This went on all night and it's normal?

Excellent room and very clean but gave it a four due to the fact floor three is closed for renovations. Floors four and five are closed for carpet cleaning which put us on two right above the city installing water pipes on the street outside the hotel.

Very enjoyable time. The hotel was in the perfect location, walkable to the grocery store, Italian restaurant, Dairy Queen, Denny’s and the most amazing liquor store I’ve ever seen lol. It was a very clean hotel, the room was clean and spacious and we had an amazing view!! All the employees were super nice. We will definitely be back!!
