The staff was very nice friendly and professional.We had a quick check in process. The only issue we had was there was ants in the first room they checked us in. They did move us to another room with no problem. That room was much better.

When I arrived late in the evening/early morning, no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel 3 times before someone came out to check me in. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. There were ants on both nightstands. There were cobwebs at eye-level.

I liked that the hotel had a spacious room and nice jetted tub. However housekeeping didn’t clean this room thoroughly, I found crumbs on the floor and hair in the shower. Overall nice visit.

It was very clean, and smelling wonderfully delightful daily. All of the staff weren't so friendly nor willing to problem solve without causin more conflicts. The lack of constant hot water was a problem while taking showers. The water pressure was too low when flushing the toilet that anything could get stuck and need 3 to 4 flushes just to empty the bowl. The heat would blow cold air instead of maintaining the warmth.Im not aure of the hotwl was also beingbused as a shelter. There were a group of barefoot unsupeevised children walking into the dinning area and collecting breakfast food for the guests to bring upstairs
