Roaches
The room I checked into and spent my first night had roaches. Although I was promptly given a new room the next morning, the manager never reached out to me. I explained to the front desk receptionist that I had food in the fridge which could not be saved due to finding a roach inside the fridge. I expected some compensation, at the very least an apology, but nothing. Just asked me to send someone down to get a new key to a different room. I have stayed here before but will not stay again.

The room that my sister's and I occupied was vrey clean, and the beds were comfortable. Checking in went well and the young lady was very nice and hospitable. Moreover, breakfast was good.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding! Stephanie and Cindy, who are in charge of the breakfast area, keep it well stocked and spic and span. Also Richie, at the front desk, recognizing that we are seniors (ages 76 and 85) gave us a room near the elevator and it had grab bars in the bathroom which was very helpful to us. No complaints at all, we are very satisfied and will return there in the spring,

The rooms were not very clean, the wood door of the bathroom was falling apart. There is no dinning option in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is not good. I think the “special class” rating is also misleading.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a weird smell when first entering, but I think it was from the how warm and humid it was when first entering. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely book another experience here.

The breakfast did not have enough variety from day to day. Same scrambled eggs each day that were tasteless and all turkey sausage. Even a hard boiled egg option would help.

Air/heat system was very loud, taped the noise and allowed employee at desk to listen and he didn’t act like it was an issue. Unable to sleep due to noise of it. Left room at 9 am and returned at 6 pm to dirty room, had to call for clean towels. No one emptied trash of came in room.

At check in, there was an issue with the first two rooms they tried to put me in. They eventually upgraded me to a bigger suite which didn't have the issues as the first two rooms. The upgrade was nice and I was thankful for the accommodation.
