Parking was not really clear, I was told to park in one space and it was taking already taken was told to just park in another space that it didn’t matter, few guys in large raised pick up truck parked in the lot said they were told to do so my manager of building, the room was clean and decent had a issue with securing entrance door but not a bad place

It was in an excellent walking distance location for the music festival that we attended ! The owner let us park and check in early and was pleasant to talk to ! The room was extremely spacious and clean!

This is a great location for walking to the beach as well as access to restaurants and the boardwalk. The room was spacious and well appointed. The wifi was a little spotty but that may have been because of number of users. We'd have liked an ice machine but otherwise excellent!

This place was awesome. The location was great right near the beginning of the boardwalk. The owner was also great and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Always check the reviews before booking..

We would NOT stay there again! However.... POSITIVES..GREAT LOCATION, FREE PARKING! NEGATIVES..Room was spacious, however the AC did NOT get cold. There was also a stain on the sheets. They have a strict NO VISITORS policy. Take it seriously because the owner will call the police immediately, with no questions asked. We kept our beach cart, towels and sandy items by our car as owner has been known to charge incidental fees due to sandy rooms. Heads up: I was charged first nights stay a week before arrival even though I booked using reserve now, pay later.
