Everything seemed to be great. I really appreciate Aleshia at the front desk. It's unfortunate to wake up to no water. This is something that could havd been communicated. It wasnt and ruined our enitre experience, and drastically changes our plans cause of this major issues.

We love the location and usually very clean,our room this time had black marks on floor in bathroom like soles of shoes and personal toiletry items in shower area from previous guest, the small coffee shop was not open our entire stay which was disappointing, the restaurant is extremely expensive and the quality of food does not match price. We have stayed here for many years and it is a great location with a few of our favorite restaurants close. price point is a bit high you are paying for location and so disappointed in pool very small and shallow you pay for ocean view which is beautiful and the parking is great there plenty of room for all never an issue.

Reach the Beach By the Ocean

The hotel was in good repair and very comfortable. It is very conveniently located. My room was a little less clean with some m&ms and crumbs on the floor that I noticed. The regular coffee had also not been replaced from the prior guests visit. However, it had a great view of the beach and was well situated for our visit to the Convention Center nearby for a cheerleading competition. Would stay there again. My kid’s mom already booked another stay for over Mother’s Day weekend.

Everything is great we ended up staying 3 additional nights due to the snow, enjoying it the snow is pretty on the beach, I will say I wish you had complimentary coffee 24 hrs a day.

We will be back!

Lovely! We had a beautiful view of the ocean which allowed us to see both the moonrise and the sunrise. Hotel was very clean and appreciated the complimentary coffee in the rooms and lobby. The pool was also nice and refreshing. Definitely a pleasant surprise and a great price! We will be back!

One of our favorite places to stay in OCMD

We stay at this hotel a lot in the offseason being its fairly priced and nobody is around during the winter Ocean City literally becomes a ghost town. Rooms all have ocean views with balconies and are nicely appointed. The one complaint I have is that housekeeping could do a better job. Everytime we stay here theres hair on the floor especially in the bathroom and most recently a cup with cigarette butts left on our balcony. For the price we choose not to complain but I will be honest about it. This is a great place to stay I would def recommend.

99.9% satisfied

Overall the room was great. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in great condition. Free of bugs. The only issue I had was that the bottle of body wash in the shower was empty and even after I told them the first day that the hygeine products in.the shower were in need of being replaced, they were never replaced. Outside of that, it is a very, very nice hotel that I definitely would stay at again.
