The worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton

Ask for my room to be cleaned daily leave out at 10 o’clock in the morning come back at 6 PM expecting to rest and the room has yet to be clean. No trash pool no bed changed or made up no bathroom cleaned up. I had to call someone from the night shift to come and take care of my room which they did, but that was unacceptable.. they can come and knock on your door and say is 11 o’clock. Are you checking out but they can’t clean your room when you requested for it to be cleaned. No wash rags was in the room when I checked in I had to ask Every Day for Cleanes washcloth. Unacceptable Didn’t no one acts like they can speak English with the housekeeping staff in the morning you need to do better with her and the Spanish people that doesn’t speak English

We loved our stay! Vince is very personable and makes sure you are enjoying your stay. Anastasia was outstanding and helped us with getting adjoining rooms. The views are amazing! Don’t miss the chance to interact with the staff at the Solstice Grill in the hotel. They were so fun to talk to. We only live an hour away from OC, but took our daughter from PA to enjoy some beach time. This hotel will always be our go to when staying in OC. You folks are great!

Awesome!

I love Hilton and their app. I can almost always skip checking at the front desk and go straight to my room that I picked out myself. This particular time I did have to stop by the front desk but they were amazing. Shout out to the man who worked Apr 7, overnight shift. He was friendly, quick and accommodating. Great service!!!! Definitely a keeper! Overall the stay was great and maintained Hiltons awesome reputation.
