We love staying at Dunes and we will again in September 2025 and back next year. Only thing was the AC unit in our room needs to be replaced or repaired. It was too warm and humid in our room. Otherwise, our favorite place to stay when we go to OC twice a year!

Location! Location! Location! Minutes from the event we attended. Easy access to the beach made for us being able to take the boys to yeh beach multiple times without the hassle of paying or looking for parking. Customer service was good. I could appreciate that there is an over flow parking if you come in two cars. Expedia agent specifically was amazing as I needed to make a last minute change and with her help it made check it seemless. The room was CLEAN! The view of the ocean as you first walk in loved it .. ours boys were wow! As it illuminated the room the moment we walked in . I will say the hotel looks Rinky dink but the inside was well kept. Everything I needed to prepare meals for my family was right there. Truly no complaints . Would def return for another stay 🙂.

It was the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Even the top of the full-sized refrigerator was free of any dust, and the tissues in the tissue box were folded in the shape of a rose. The Adirondack Chairs on the balcony and very were exceptional.

Great three night getaway with my girlfriend. We were in the 5th floor and what a view. Absolutely beautiful. Always stay down the boardwalk more and wanted to try something different. Great location and we will definitely be back. Had everything we needed.

Great check in, 5 minute process with friendly employees. We have stayed here before, but we got the best room in the hotel. Top floor on the corner unit. I asked for a high up room to enjoy the great view when we booked, and mentioned we had stayed here before and loved the view. And was very happy hat they set us up in this unit. Bathroom is pretty tight but we made it work. It’s all about that beautiful direct oceanfront view! Located at the end of the boardwalk. Close to tons of places. I would definitely recommend Dunes suites oceanfront
