When we arrived it was a little difficult to locate the office to check in since it's located in a building behind where we actually stayed. For $233.00 a night, we felt that the king size bed mattress was lumpy, the bathroom was very small. It would have been nice to have a better coffee maker. We did enjoy the beach view.

Beautiful ocean view. Right off boardwalk. Nice room and easy check in and check out. We enjoyed the pool one day and short easy walk to the beach. Would definitely return.

The room was excellent Very clean and updated. The only complaint we had was that the cleaning crew came in mid to late after noon. Also parking was a problem if you went out and returned after 7 pm there was no parking spots. Ihad to park way out front A couple of times

Lovely hotel at the end of the board walk. Very clean. Only recommendation would be to include a scrubber for cleaning the dishes. Will definitely stay at this horel again.

Room was very nice and clean. The blinds on the door would not close, no blackout curtains and the sink was too small. The check in office was a bit run down and as a traveler no place to use a bathroom had to check in to room which took 10 minutes had to provide credit card and license plate number very inconvenient. Please let the staff know that I am sorry for my attitude I apologize. Thank you!

Overall, decent place. The room was clean for the most part. The card holder for the lights didn't work, but not a big deal. The sofa bed for our daughter had a bunch of stains on it. No extra bedding, had to call front desk and we were made to go get it during a storm. The king bed was horribly lumpy, so be prepared. The elevator was appreciated, but gross and smells like B.O. The parking is a nightmare, but fairly common for the area. We would stay here again, if they took care of the bed issues.

We got to the hotel around 2:30 and check in was at 4...the day before we came I called and asked the front desk if they knew if are room would be ready and she said once we come in they'd let us know. Ok no problem. Well we got checked in around 3:30 and was driving home by 10:30 that same night because my husband found what looked like a bed bug crawling on the sheets. We immediately started packing because my husband did not want us bringing anything home bug wise...we went to the office to show them what we saw and the girl at the desk took a picture of my phone where I took the picture of the bug along with a video. She did offer us another room but by that time my husband was over it. It was are anniversary and wanted it to be perfect. Long story short we probably won't receive a refund and the manager called the next day and said once he confirms it is or isn't a bedbug we may get a refund. We appreciate him calling but we won't stay here again.

The Dunes Oceanfront Suites was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were personable and efficient. The TV in our room was defective, and replaced in within 15 minutes of request. Top notch accommodation in convenient location.
