We had a amazing time . Very family friendly. The items like snacks and other things u might need that are usually a high up charge at the desk we’re priced mostly at $1 -$5 . The receptionists at the front desk were really nice . They had the hotel decorated for Halloween , and kid friendly decor . We stayed for 4 days , and the entire time was a blast . I would recommend for family’s traveling. We will stay here every time we visit OC now .

The Ocean Front balcony is large and you have the perfect view of the beach! Their 2nd floor outdoor pool and Tiki bar is very nice. They have a bar on the first floor with great service and great drinks and food, Epic don’t miss it. It a lively bar with music and entertainment most nights! The staff is very friendly and welcoming in the entire building.

The property was clean as was our room. It could use a furniture upgrade. There are a few stains on the couch but overall, the room was clean and bed comfortable.

The hotel has a nice pool area, 24 hour little shop if you forget anything or need a snack, the rooms are clean. The resturant upstairs is pricey but convenient with good service and food. The doors/halls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of hallway noise while in the room. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired- wet muffins, bagels, and cereal. We chose to eat breakfast at a diner after the first day.

Cute clean rooms, friendly front desk
We searched for a dog friendly hotel within our budget and got really lucky with the Fenwick Inn. It has an indoor pool with splash pad and hot tub, a little game room, free breakfast, a place outside for dogs to use the bathroom, a little shop behind the front desk for necessities, and a very friendly front desk and maintenance.

Good if under $100
Check in was quick and easy. Dog friendly hotel. Has a pool but never used. Rooms are ok, you can tell they remodeled a few years ago. Unfortunately not holding up great. We did stay in a pet friendly room. As for sound proofing, definitely a lack of. Could hear multiple rooms around me and full conversation in the parking lot. The beds were not the best, a bit uncomfortable to me. Now for the breakfast. The seating sucks. No room to move around. Hard to get food with such a tight area. I more than 6 people are there it a waiting game. Any more you have to fight to get to the food. If it off season and under $100 great place to stay. In season wouldn't pay more than $185 ( I paid way to much $245 vintage car weekend).
