The hotel has much to offer. It is clean, right on the beach and has a 24-hour coffee shop. The building is a little outdated. Plumbing in the bathroom needs updating. The faucet was hard to turn on. The toilet flusher is wonky and sometimes the water toilet kept running. The balconies have a great view of the ocean, but the wrought iron dividers between the rooms don’t offer much privacy. All-in-all it was a nice place to stay and we would most likely book it again.

Our Tv wasn’t working, also we had issues with the key room cards , they would deactivate and it was so inconvenient to keep going downstairs to get more cards , also the toilet wasn’t flushing and we had to use lobby bathrooms.. plumber had to go a couple of times to go fix it , we were dissatisfied

The beach view was awesome despite the rain. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean but dated. There are no walk-in showers in the handicapped accessible rooms and the bathrooms were small. The carpets should be replaced, though. The hotel had everything that you could need during a trip - restaurants, a bar, an ice cream place, coffee and pastries, an arcade, bike rentals and accessible beach chair rentals.

We had a great stay for Ocean’s Calling. It was convenient to walk down the boardwalk to get to the concert, although my legs were definitely tired at the end of the day, but that’s to be expected. The bathrooms could be updated but the room was clean and spacious. We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean and the little cafe downstairs was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel had a lot of amenities such as a coffee shop and a bar onsite, an indoor and an outdoor pool. multilevel parking, etc. Our room was spacious and had a sitting area, lots of cabinets for kitchen items as well as a microwave and fridge. However, the carpets and sofa needed to be cleaned badly and our room wasn't vacuumed at all over a 5 day stay. The beds weren't properly made either and the carpet in the halls was also dirty.

Usually, I love everything about this hotel but this last time, my daughter found like 5 black hairs on her pillow. She never said anything to me until we were leaving or I would have made them come in and change the sheets. My room appeared spotless.
