Blood stained bedsheets and bath towels. Not a good place for families on account of the volume of weed smoke being blown throughout the hallways with people screaming in the hallways past 2AM. Management does nothing in response. No offer of refund or apology from management despite their being made aware of the situation. I would give negative stars if I could.

New year's trip
Great experience. Took the family to the beach for the New Year. Great view of the ocean and fireworks from our balcony. They had a New Years party at Epic Loby bar. Also a great coffee shop that stays open late. Weather was amazing for December. Mid to upper 50's. The bike rack in front of the hotel was a plus. We didn't have to walk our bikes up and down from our room. Clean room with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Pull out couch was a plus if you travel with a large group.
