Great family hotel
First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. This level of service made a big difference in our stay. The room, however, was a bit of a letdown. While the bed was very comfortable — we slept great — the room itself felt a little run-down. Some fixtures looked dated, and a bit more maintenance could really elevate the overall experience. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re looking for a more polished environment. We were excited to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately, it had an overwhelming amount of chemicals. Even without going underwater, our eyes started to burn from the air alone, which made it hard to enjoy the pool area. If the chemical balance had been managed better, it would have been a much more pleasant experience. On a brighter note, the breakfast options were fantastic! There was a great variety, and everything was well-prepared and fresh. It was the perfect way to start each morning. Overall, it was a decent stay. With a bit more attention to the room upkeep and pool maintenance, it could easily become a top-tier experience. The wonderful staff and comfortable bed made it worthwhile, but a few tweaks would
