Wonderful stay

Check in was easy, staff were all courteous and any questions I had they responded in a timely fashion, the suite we stayed in was really nice, I will be returning. And the view from the balcony was beautiful.

I booked a room for a romantic getaway for the weekend for me and my girlfriend. From looking online, the rooms look really nice and seeing as it was a Hilton I thought that it was going to be top-notch. at first things seem to be OK but there were many issues with the room. First off the shower was really weird with a jetted tub in the shower head directly above coming straight down. The water pressure was very low and the Jets in the tub were very weak when you were taking a bath or a shower the water was lukewarm at best. I had talked to the front desk And they said they would send somebody to look at it. Also, the room was burning hot and we were sweating through the night. The thermostat was set to 65 but there was no cool air coming through. It would not let you change the thermostat to go below 65°. And if you open the back door to the balcony, the air was shut off and there was no toilet paper in our room. Housekeeping did bring rolls of toilet paper in and a gentleman showed up did not speak English, and we could not understand what he was saying. he said boiler and that’s all we could understand that he was going to go to the boiler to try to increase the temperature. The water temperature never changed. It was still cold, and the air was still not coming on. Hot sweaty unsleeping nights and cold showers! On one day we walk down main hall and were in 2-3 inches of standing water from some water issue. Our shoes were soaked - bad experience! This Hilton was poor.

Too much noise from construction. We called ahead and they construction was done but it wasnt. As you enter dust everywhere and no safety was in place. Guy grinding steps with sparks flying and no vacuum for dust and stone chips .next restaurant unattended.finally got food but bartender was gone again .

I came here to treat myself for my birthday this year, and I was satisfied from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food (although a bit pricey), yet still delicious. The beach was absolutely breathtaking. The view from my room was something that I’ll never forget. I kinda didn’t know what to expect being that this is the first time I’ve been to a beach during “off-season” so I did like the fact that it wasn’t super crowded, but was a bit bummed due to a lot of stores were closed. However, I still made the most of it. I definitely plan to be back and when I do, Hilton Oceanfront will be my hotel of choice in the future.
