We had a great stay here! It was off season so we were expecting some stuff to be closed but there were actually more options for food/activities than we thought. Holiday Inn & Suites was convenient to so much and the beach right onsite was perfect! We have no complaints other than the indoor pool being kind cold and in a weird location in the restaurant. Regardless, the suite style rooms are perfect for families and you can’t beat the laundry machines on each floor! We would definitely stay here again!

NO SHOW

All of the Hot & Cold water knob’s of the Kitchen, Bathroom Sink & Tub/ Shower were had NOT CLEAN. It has a built up of Water Mold. The Bathtub knob’s leaked water onto the floor & caused us to use ALL OF THE TOWELS the bathroom originally provided. I notified the Front Desk to request Maintenance Service. I was told “SOMEONE WILL COME TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY”. Maintenance was a NO SHOW. I had to make a SECOND REQUEST for Maintenance THE NEXT DAY. Because of the SITUATION I asked for Housekeeping to clean the Bathtub, she came IMMEDIATELY.

Everything and everyone were great! Alex she was wonderful. Nina was rude and not accommodating, i was told to call at *am for late check out, I called at 8;04 and Nina told me i couldn't get it. Felt lied to honestly. Facility was sparkling clean, food at restaurant was AMAZING! Location great! on boardwalk. Jets needed to be replaced in the tub of room 1209 but otherwise perfect

The hotel was lovely!! The staff was so nice and very helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. I was pretty disappointed to find out that the hot tub is outside and is only open during the summer month. Also the pool is in the restaurant/ bar area where people are eating. Lastly the jets in our jacuzzi tub did not work. Overall those were little things and our stay was enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here at the property at least three times it’s always clean good staff. It’s always off-season. I’ve never stayed during peak season time, The only issue I had this time was I paid in full through Expedia when I got there and checked in, they told me that I was paid in full But when I got home after my stay, I had a charge on my credit card for parking that they did not inform me about so if you book through Expedia and stay there, expect a fee for parking after you’ve checked out. It was ten dollars a day. Overall, the property is great. Staff is great. I would just have like to know that there was an extra parking fee so I could’ve paid it with my booking.
