Anna at front desk was great. She was very pleasant and helpful and as well as evening front desk lady.The only con was the parking lot was dark and needs more lighting and very tight getting car in and out. But very pleasant stay.

It was a great trip. Nice and quiet before the weekend got busy. Unfortunately the pool hoist wasn't working properly to enjoy the pool. But we do look forward to coming back.

Needed a hotel close to the Country Calling music festival. Hotel Monte Carlo was a great location and a good value. Stayed fully aware that it is an older hotel on the ocean so didn't expect shiny and new. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were responsive to requests, and Anna was a cheerful, friendly, and helpful face at the front desk.

The rooms were clean but the property itself it is run down. There was a very musty odor throughout. We opened our room sliding door to air out the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
