Very rude front desk worker-Ashley- when i called to ask for a new room due to the lack of it being clean she hungup on me & then refused to answer the phone. Filthy rooms, bedding, towels, hair everwhere including pubic hair- nasty, blood stained beds- beyind foul. Had to beg to get a new room because of how foul it was & then next room was almost as bad. & worst of all they have bed bugs. All 6 guests have bites all over. Trauma to say the least. Now we have to clean & sanitize everything before we can even go home soo worried of bedbugs being in our bags. Soo horrible, worst experience at a hotel ever! Need refunded at the very least. There us no phone number for corporate, its literally the hotel number. SMH! Never will never stay with Monte Carlo or any of their other hotels.

I understand that it was memorials Day weekend, so I gave the hotel some Greece, but even with the grace I gave them it was still very unprofessional. check-in was at 4 o’clock. I got there at 5:30 and my room was not ready. I did not get checked in until 8 PM. Also, the front desk didn’t tell me anything about the hotel or the casino points that comes with it I had to figure it out by asking other people staying at the hotel. Also my room still had hair in the bathroom. I called for housekeeping and it took them a hour to come up to clean the bathroom again. I then asked the next day would they be able to clean the room while I was out? They told me yes I left out at 10 AM in the morning and I came back at 7 PM in the afternoon the only thing they did was change my sheets and semi cleaned the bathroom. They did not vacuum the floor or take out my trash. They also said there was no smoking at the hotel, but everybody was smoking on the balconies

Our room was nice, the jacuzzi was me and my fiancé’s best part. It was so relaxing and the bar and deck was nice too. I wish we made time to get into the pool and hot tub but we would love to come back and enjoy the rest of the activities they provide.

I stayed in this room with my husband in 18 year-old daughter. I thought the room was clean and uncomfortable so I have no complaints. I was there for a rock fest and the room served its purpose.

Let me start by the entire place smelled like bathroom cleaner, the room had dirt build up behind the doors. in room coffee maker looked as if someone might have barfed in it. no coffee was offered in check in area and nothing was offered for breakfast all these issues and price was actually doubled due to a weekend concert on the beach.

Did not clean rooms unless we asked for service. Did not give clean towels or toilet paper had to ask for supplies and then would only give 1 or 2 towels for 4 people. Gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people For 5 days.

Over priced was their mottos

The hotel was dirty,no breakfast was offered, no coffee was provided, even though the rates were jacked up for Rock at O.C. weekend, the price was $674 for one of the nights which was double what it would have been had there not been a special event in town. We had our do not disturb sign on our door and house keeping opened our door and looked in, while we were there. I will never stay at this ripoff hotel again
