It was wonderful, ocean front room, beautiful view, check in was awesome greeted by name, room was nice and clean, pool area was nice, front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay , have stayed here before and will stay again. Nice having coffee in lobby. Right on the boardwalk. Close to a lot of things.

This has been our go to sport for about 5 years now. The staff has always been courteous and prompt to any concerns. With a Restuarant/Bar on sight which also serves breakfast is a great amenity especially in the event of inclimate weather. Great location and bus stop nearby. I highly recommend this location,

It was a decent stay. However, on Valentine’s Day, my partner and I went to the bar to get drinks before dinner and there was only one staff serving, bartending and taking to go orders. It was quite sad to watch because she was really working hard. I’m pretty sure it was management who was around sitting at a table with their kids just watching her. We just grabbed the one drink quickly and left. They need to staff better. Everything else was fine and as expected with what you pay.

We love staying here twice a year. Great Acces to boardwalk, Cleanliness, 24 hr coffee, covered parking, ocean view. Staff are quick to address your needs. Floors are clean & trash taken out regularly. The 2 Elevators are quick & clean. Beds area comfortable & clean. One of the main reasons we come here in the off season is to take advantage of the Pool & Hot Tub. We Would like to see more attention given to pool-hot tub area. Making sure water levels r up, clean scum line around pool, vacuum more often. Checking chemical regularly. Clean up area behind hot tub to make neater appearance. Decks could use a power wash on a regular basis please. There area always plenty of fresh clean towels and dirty ones are removed daily in the pool room. Thank you. I would like to recommend shampoo, soap, cream rinse dispenser at pool shower. We heard that they were going to be pet friendly in 2025. We are not happy about this. We hope that they will make up a list of requirements for pet owners to include that pets are not allowed in pool area or left in hotel room unattended. The staff, upon checking, make it very clear that there is no smoking or vaping of any kind, but people are still doing it. they think that opening thier balcony door hides the smell, but it just pushes it out thru door cracks to adjoining rooms and hallway. Especially Marijuana. We could see hotel contractors smoking cigs on balcony during our stay. housekeeping can smell in rooms &
