I did not like being charged $10 a night to park on top of what i paid for the room. Then trying to find a parking spot was a problem. I parked on the street. I asked for and received a refund for that charge.

Great price for off season

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We took our two puppies and they loved it. It was a dog friendly environment. They had water & milkbones at the dog refreshing station & a designated area for them to go poo and provided free poo bags & a place to dispose them. Our only issues we had was the bed being so soft that we both had back & neck pain after sleeping on the matress for 4 nights, and no internet our entire visit. They discounted our doggie fee as an apology, but it really didnt remedy the internet problem. We didnt use the pool but it look clean & inviting. Overall, it was a great stay and we'll likely return to OC again with the whole family next time.

I loved staying here! Staff was so nice. The pool and breakfast were defiantly a plus! The only complaint would be the parking issue. The first 2 days the parking lot was completely full and I had to park on the side street. (Not a huge deal to me) When I checked out of the room they asked for my vechile info so they could charge me for parking. Thankfully they took it off since I wasn’t able to park in their lot but no one told me when I was going to check in that I would have to pay for parking when I checked out.

The stay was great, staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a group of 6 that checked in to the adjoining room. The weed and cigarette smoke started to come in to our room. The entire 7th floor smelled like it so bad that we had to leave early. The hotel was fully booked and we couldnt be moved to another room.
