Pathetic security and customer service.
We had a remodeled room by the pool. The balcony door wouldn’t lock the evening we arrived and the door between bedroom and living room had the door lock on the wrong side and wouldn’t close properly or lock. We also had bugs in our room all over the counter. We called the desk and maintenance came to fix the door issues. The next day our room was so hot and at 930 at night the maintenance came back again and and told us the system was frozen and we had to move rooms. No cart or anything. Then on Friday night 11/15 there was a large party that came in and they took up most of the area around us and on other floors. I was told quiet time was around 10ish. They played extremely loud music with so much bass in it that our beds were vibrating and screamed and yelled and drank in the halls and the pool area till 230 in the morning. I called the front desk starting at 10 pm until 130 am and was told they would have security handle it but they never did. I told them I was checking out early and wanted a refund for the night we could not sleep because of the loud party and for the night I was leaving early because I was so unhappy and the front desk manager told me that I was lying about the night before. I told her to check the cameras but she would not. We have stayed here for years but will never go back. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I have recommended this hotel to my friends for years but will never again. Side note: hot tub was also removed. Baffled!
Bugs on counter. Sometimes 10 or twenty at a time. Kept all our food in fridge. Was told housekeeping didn’t do their job and dump chemicals in the sink???

Loved the atmosphere and staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee shop serves Starbucks (limited options!) which is amazing and the barista that was there was so nice! My fiancée and I booked a couples spa package with the spa on site and LOVED it! Everything we did during our stay was within walking distance so no need to drive! Definitely recommend staying here, family or just a couple.
