Room was wet and damp, we saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub floor was slippery, i slipped and fell cutting and bruised my foot

The hotel room is not an 8.2 like the reviews stated. The room was very humid. It wasn’t even humid outside. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat and starting to get sick. The staff was nice and friendly. Maybe I got the not so good room and the others are better. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

The property need some room up to date specially in the bathroom. The WiFi is not available or hand over at the check in time , you have to inquiry the front desk for it one you notice you don’t have WiFi access. Very easy to fine parking. The bar/coffee area extremely nice environment and the meals are very well presented and the price is reasonable, the bar staff is costumer oriented and fast.we were only two nights and the housekeeping service was provided for free, I didn’t expected it , they added many extra towels. Over all the hotel is a good balance cost /benefit I will come back.

I was under the impression their was going to be free breakfast because it said "breakfast available" and there was no free breakfast included which made me go to Walmart very late Sunday night to make sure my baby got fed. Also the front desk girl yelled at me for having my 8 month old daughter in the hot tub when online it says up to parent, as long as a adult is with them.

Poor security. Doors to outside unlocked… anybody could walk in off the street which had dune access, so was always busy. Broken lock on sliding patio door… 1st floor room should have perfect lock. ! Clogged bathroom sink. Very dirty furniture. Excellent ocean view … lovely parrots .. friendly staff…. Appreciated all that

The hotel is good with access for parking, no steps at the entrance and has an elevator. Indoor area was great with a pond that had fish and tropical plants including birds, a few parrots that could talk. Indoor restaurant has good food but was not able to serve us dinner the day we checked in. Also the room we reserved had great scenic views of the ocean and bayside of Ocean City. We had a bad experience with finding mice in the room the 1st night in the room. Night shift manager allowed us to temporarily stay in another room until somebody could clear the room out of the mice. Day shift manager would not discuss with us what they would do about the mice getting into the room and made us stay in the temporary room for the rest of our stay at the hotel. No apology or discount was given for our having to move to a standard room. We may not stay at this hotel again.

Great location
We had an ocean front room and it was worth it. When you walk out the property to the beach, you are literally 10 yards to the dunes and approx. 30 yards from the beach. The property was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The web access was not good during the busy part of the day.

Been here many times before. Older building but nice. Just some small things that would be easy to fix like glue the rug in front of our door transom ,frayed carpet where it meets the kitchen tile & wallpaper issue in bathroom. But we love it here with the birds and Atrium!!

Hotel wasn’t too bad, but needs a little updating -especially the bathrooms in the rooms. Our room had rust on the inside of the tub, mold on the ceiling above the tub, the tub drain was very calcified, and the tub itself seemed like it was sinking down in the middle (water would pool there and not drain). While the birds in the atrium are interesting, they’re also very loud and could be heard in the rooms. The staff was nice and the pool areas were decent, and it’s a great location near a lot of places you can walk to for meals.
